WEG introduces the Duracoil line, a coating solution developed for application in metal coils before forming.

This coating line focuses on uniform coverage, consistent performance, and protection during the useful life of transformed products. The line has been formulated to ensure flawless finishing and reproducible results in the continuous coating process (coil coating).

Duracoil includes technical variants for different industrial needs. Among the main ones are Duracoil Polyester and Duracoil PVDF. These options allow manufacturers to choose the balance between performance and price based on their end use.

Duracol Polyester is indicated for combining resistance and cost-effectiveness, suitable for construction and appliance applications. Duracoil PVDF is formulated for high color and gloss retention and is suitable for harsh environments and demanding architectural applications.

Duracoil was developed with a focus on process efficiency and lower consumption of raw materials in the production cycle, contributing to the reduction of waste and environmental impact.

The Duracoil line is intended for segments such as civil construction, transportation, household appliances, and industrial equipment. It offers protection against corrosion, weathering, and wear, as well as a variety of colors and finishes that benefit architectural and industrial projects.

WEG positions the line as a competitive and reliable alternative, aligned with a coil coatings market that has been registering growth and greater demand for durable and aesthetic solutions.
